Contributed to the design and deployment of AI-powered smart home systems — security, smart gate controls, and IoT automation. Conducted feasibility studies, prepared fiber optic cost estimates, and coordinated across developers, suppliers, and technical teams to hit milestones on schedule.
Designed and developed a smart agriculture solution aimed at improving farming efficiency and sustainability through technology-driven innovation. Created an integrated system blueprint utilizing IoT sensors, data analytics, and precision agriculture tools to help farmers monitor crop health, optimize irrigation and fertilizer usage, and make data-driven decisions. Findings include Technology overtaking Consumer industries as the top wealth sector for the first time in 25 years (26.8% vs. 20.2%), a persistent 13.8% female representation gap despite comparable median net worth since 2010, and the US share of global billionaire wealth rebounding to 43.7% after a 2008–2023 decline — driven by Elon Musk's ~$997B trillionaire milestone alone accounting for roughly 5% of all billionaire wealth on Earth.

Identified contract type as the strongest churn driver — 42.7% churn for month-to-month vs. 2.8% for two-year contracts — using nested IFS/IF logic and a data-validated Customer Lookup tool built with INDEX/MATCH and TEXTJOIN.

Built an interactive Power BI dashboard tracking $492K in revenue, 10% profit margin, and performance across segments and categories — paired with three RapidMiner ML models: Decision Tree classification, K-Means clustering (3 segments across 500 items), and Linear Regression for profit prediction.
